Shop Hours

The following are the Student Shop hours for this week of the Spring semester.
Please check back weekly for any updates to our schedule.

We will be closed from time to time during the Spring Semester, assisting other labs or attending events/meetings.

If you know you will need to use the Student Shop on a certain day, please review our Student Shop machine calendars, call, or drop by to find out when we may be closed.

Monday

 7:10 am to 5:30 pm

Tuesday

 7:10 am to 8:00 pm

Wednesday

 7:10 am to 8:00 pm

Thursday

 7:10 am to 8:00 pm

Friday

 7:10 am to 8:00 pm

Saturday

 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

SUNDAY

 NO SUNDAY hours are ever available

Remember, during all shop hours, YOU are required to Stop ALL Project Work 20-30 minutes BEFORE your reservation time is over and Clean Up.

Students are required to stop All project work no later than 7:40 p.m. for reservations that end at 8:00 p.m.

Your clean-up area includes the machine, the area around where you were working, as well as putting away all tooling back into their proper locations.)

Machine power may be switched off since the cleanup requirements continue to be violated. 

MACHINE RESERVATION REQUIREMENT

Students are required to attach/add a JPEG. (Not HEIC or .PVT) picture of their Student Shop badge with their machine reservation request.

This is a requirement for every machine reservation.

A reservation received without the student's Student Shop badge attached will result in their reservation being declined.

No exceptions

The Student Shop will be closed during all Specialty Safety Training Classes. 
Under No Exception will you be allowed to enter the area until its completion.

Be sure to check our machine calendars to see when a machine is available for project work. 

If you want to use a machine, reserve it on the Office 365 Calendar
Please do not email me directly. I can not reserve it for you.

Remember to ensure that your work area is clean and check with Greg, Mikey, or Steve before you leave the Student Shop.
