Important Notices

Only Pratt students are allowed to use the Student Shop
The shop is only for projects needed for Pratt coursework
Personal projects are not allowed
No one is allowed in the shop without supervision, or after hours

Always bring your own:
- Safety glasses (No Goggles)
- Long pants
- Closed-toe shoes
The Student Shop does not provide PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
Used shop towels should be placed in our red fire cans, which are in the main shop area.
Improper clothing items that are not allowed to be worn in the Student Shop:
- Leggings, Jeggins
- Pajama Jeans
- Yoga Pants, Stirrup Pants
- Nylon Pants, Paper Pants
- Any type of Athleisure Wear
- Shorts, Crocs, or Flip Flops
- Please ask to see Matt if you have any questions about proper attire

Show your Student Shop Badge every time you enter the Student Shop.
You will not be allowed to enter or use anything in the Student Shop without your Student Shop Badge.
If you have misplaced your Student Shop badge, please come by and talk with the Student Shop Manager, Steven Earp, to review when you can take a retest for part two. If you pass it, you will then receive a replacement badge.

You are required to attach or add a .jpeg picture of your Student Shop badge to your machine reservation request. This is a requirement for every Pratt student.
All student reservations received without their Student Shop badge attached will result in their reservation being declined. No exceptions.
